-NODE-96- provides a way to filter out unwanted datum properties from being uploaded to SolarNet. It would be a nice feature to also provide a way to filter datum by time, so for example

• source A limited to at most once per 10 minutes
• source B limited to at most once per minute
• source C property foo limited to at most once per 5 minutes

And so on. Datum filtered out by time would simply not be uploaded, like any other property configured to be excluded via -NODE-96-.
