Design and create new database tables and associated class entities and DAO components needed for the OSCP Flexibility Provider system. This must support (all user account specific):

1. list of Capacity Provider configurations
2. list of Capacity Optimizer configurations
3. list of Capacity Group configurations
4. list of Asset configurations (Capacity Group specific)
