Add support for the OSCP 2 Flexibility Provider (FP) API. This service will be configurable within an account such that integration via the Capacity Optimizer (CO) API will be required to handle the execution of the capacity forecasts. That is to say, SolarNetwork as a FP will receive capacity forecast signals from a Capacity Provider (CP) and forward those signals to the CO. The CO will be responsible using existing SolarNetwork APIs to perform any load management tasks related to the forecasts. SolarNetwork will then report the necessary power/energy asset data, based on a set of configured datum sources, to both the CO and CP.
