The net.solarnetwork.node.datum.price.delimited plugin currently collects price location data from a URL that returns CSV data.

This could be a more generally useful plugin that could collect any type of data from a URL that returned delimited, or even just specifically CSV, data. It would need to support both normal datum and location datum streams, and thus allow to be associated with any location data type (price, weather, etc).
