Create Operational Modes UI to make it easy for SolarNode admins to toggle modes

      Currently the only way to toggle the Operational Modes on a node is via an API Instruction. Add a UI to SolarNode that allows an administrator to toggle modes, so they can easily handle them when administering a node.

      This will make it easier for an administrator to toggle admin features like NODE-240.
