Update SunSpec inverter SolarNode plugin to capture vendor events

      Currently the SolarNode SunSpec inverter/meter plugins capture SunSpec “Events” as a bitmask value on an events datum property. We’d also like to capture the SunSpec “Vendor Events” as another bitmask value on a vendorEvents datum property.
