Create a UI in SolarNode that shows any available SolarNode-specific OS package updates that are available, and allow those updates to be applied. By "SolarNode-specific" I mean that only packages containing things like SolarNode plugins or the base SolarNode system should be considered. It might suffice to limit the shown packages to those available in SolarNode (and OEM) package repositories.

The UI should offer a way to apply the available updates, and then perform a restart as needed.
