Right now when adding a OBR repository component, there is no default URL to enter. There is no obvious explanation on what URL is needed here, even though SolarNetwork provides a "standard" repo at https://data.solarnetwork.net/obr/solarnetwork/metadata.xml. I think the URL should default to this value, so it is easier for people to get started using the repository.
