Different weather providers offer various "sky condition" strings to describe overall weather conditions, like "clear", "partly cloudy", "fine", "rain", etc. There is quite a bit of variability in these values. It would be helpful for consumers of this data from SolarNetwork if standardized values could be assigned to data.

This would need to be done at the node data source level, so each weather implementation would be responsible for mapping its sky conditions into the standardized SolarNetwork equivalents.
