I think it might be very useful to be able to manage sets of Property Filters (and sets of possibly Throttle Filters) which can be applied easily in the Datum Sample Property Filter plugin.

The main application of this would be to keep a node uploading just the minimum amount of Datum needed during standard operation. But there could a time where you want to switch the Datum collection/review into debug mode and capture a whole bunch more datum, or at a faster/shorter interval for a temporary time period. Once you've applied the Filter Set (on or off) it could expire automatically after a timeout, but it would be useful to diagnose an issue on a node that needed more information for a period. I can see also triggers that say "if this condition/state happens, swap out this Filter Set until it's swapped back to default".
