Enhance Modbus Toggler plugin to support writing via other Modbus function codes

      The current Modbus Toggler plugin supports toggling a single Modbus "coil" type register on/off. It would be useful for this plugin to support toggling other Modbus register types, e.g. "holding" registers, as well.
