The plugin (at a basic level) should do the same thing as the existing "Weather Underground" plugin.  Only difference is that it sources its data from "The Weather Company".  Data from this source is potentially much more fine grained and forecasts extend further into the future - hence potentially very useful for data feed into SolarQuant NN for consumption/generation forecasting.
