There are many places in SolarNetwork that knowing a locale for a User entity would be helpful. At the moment a User has a Location association, so has an associated country, but is lacking a lanaguage. Allow a preferred language to be set on a User profile, and perhaps default to the browser's reported locale for UI-based registration.
