Support HTTP Message Signatures (RFC 9421) for authentication

      The SNWS2 authentication scheme supported by the SolarNetwork API is decent, but bespoke. The HTTP Message Signatures specification (RFC 9421) reached recommendation status, and SolarNetwork might be able to offer support for that along side the SNWS2 scheme, as a standards-based authentication mechanism.
