Add the ability to configure cloud API based control sources, where SolarNet itself executes instructions on external cloud services without the need to deploy a physical node. All configuration management tasks must be exposed via SolarNet API methods. The management infrastructure should be generic, with "plugin" style integration services specific to each cloud API.
