Support datum stream metadata in Cloud Datum Stream expressions

      Currently datum stream metadata is not supported in Cloud Datum Stream expressions. Add support for this. Lazy loading and basic caching (of database fetches) should be implemented to improve the throughput of expressions that refer to metadata.
