Sort "Allowed Chargers" list in OCPP UI

      The "Allowed Chargers" list in the OCPP Charger Credentials UI in SolarUser could be sorted alphabetically for better display. Using a "natural sort" algorithm would be ideal, so names like "charger10" sorts after "charger9".
