Sometimes a user can submit a task to be completed by a background job. In this situation the task submission method "knows" the authorization of the user, but the background job method does not because it happens later. To support jobs that would like to "know" the original authorization of the user, add support for saving the security token ID associated with the submission method to the job information database.
