Both Weather and Price location and source settings must currently be configured by hand on nodes, without much any visibility into what locations are available in the SolarNet system. SolarNet should provide a "discovery" service so that users can interactively query for available locations and optionally add new locations and sources.

This service should allow for:

1) Searching for sources by name, with full-text matching
2) Searching for locations for a given source by name and geographic location, with full-text matching

The result of the service is to provide a WeatherLocation or PriceLocation entity, so the client has access direclty to the proper location ID to set on data it is collecting.
