When expiring datum that includes monthly aggregates, sometimes a month that includes the expiration date is deleted, when only whole months before the expiration date should be deleted.

For example, if the expiration policy is for 35 days and the current day is 4 Nov then the expiration date is 30 Sept. In this case only months up to October should be deleted, but September is being deleted as well.
