At the moment if there is any problem with a datum export, such as invalid credentials for S3, the job fails and a message is logged, but no message is surfaced to the owner of the export configuration. A message should be attached to the export configuration, or an alert created, so the owner can address the issue. Perhaps an email should be sent as well.
