Currently SolarNetwork has a data export feature that is designed for recurring scheduled jobs. It would be helpful for applications if it also supported ad hoc jobs, where ad hoc means:

1. an ad-hoc export job data set configuration defines the nodes, sources, and date range to export
2. the ad-hoc export job configuration does not show up as a scheduled job in the existing SolarUser UI

For ad hoc jobs, a single SolarNetwork endpoint should accept a full export job configuration, and immediately add it to the export work queue for processing.
