Support aggregation parameter in /datum/reading endpoint

      Currently the /datum/reading endpoint can return at most one reading per node+source+time parameter set. It would be nice to support answering a query like "give me monthly reading differences for these node+source IDs for all of 2018" that would return 12 monthly readings per node+source parameter set.
