Add a new publicly accessible MQTT based service for accessing real-time data published by nodes. This service will be separate from the SolarIn MQTT service, which is designed only for SolarNode <-> SolarNet communication via MQTT. This new service, tentatively named "SolarFlux", would be designed so that nodes can publish data, independently of SolarIn, and users can access that data with appropriate authentication/authorization. The data published to SolarFlux does not end up in SolarNet.
