Remove support for unused PowerDatum fields

      We currently collect several properties in our power monitoring that were originally part of SolarNetwork's academic research but not useful at this time for end users. Drop support for the following columns in sn_power_datum:

      dc_out_volts
      dc_out_amps
      ac_out_volts
      ac_out_amps
      amp_hours
