After the addition of sn_node.wloc_id (weather location ID) split from sn_node.loc_id, the weather datum collection service is populating the old values by default instead of the new. This is working so far because when wloc_id was created it was populated with weather locations with the same ID value as the location IDs. Now I've created a new weather location for NZ MetService, and want to switch nodes to start using it, but the old "loc_id" value is being used instead of the node's configured "wloc_id" value when the data collector populates the location ID.
